Support

Did I conceal

Once yes, but not now

It was my hidden secret

For too long, far too long

πŸŒ‘

My illness hidden from

my family, friends

nearly took my life

πŸŒ‘

Many mistakes I made

Firstly not accepting, recognising

That I needed help

πŸŒ‘

Then I craved support

but never asked

πŸŒ‘

My mistakes are my own

I had a choice and didn’t see it

You do have a choice

Talk to someone and ask for help

πŸŒ‘

There is no stigma

Just support and love

Hi Stuart. Very powerful and stirring for me as I think you nailed it here saying it as it is. We all have something we hide and none of us is a pristine as the driven snow story; we all have things we know we shouldn’t have done or said somewhere in our past and perhaps present that we continue making excuses about why we do them. I like this; and you keep sending out wisdom and truth to a needy world in desperate shape because God knows we need all the help we can get, sooner rather than later! Shalom.

Hi again Stuart! You’re entirely welcome! As I say you’re doing a fabulous job and I for one love to give recognition to a blogger like you who obviously puts great effort and heart into what he is saying and putting out into the digital media stream! Will be looking forward to reading more of your work as time permits!
Have a healthy and happy day! 😊
