Mental Health

I think in these bizarre times many of us have found that our mental health has suffered. Being locked down, encountering financial insecurity, missing loved ones.

I talked about this more on my previous blog Lost in Nowhere but I’ve had my own “challenges” over the years and still do. The terrible mistake I made was keeping it to myself as my “dirty” secret.

There has been progress on mental health and there is still some way to go but the message of this post is don’t make my mistake. Ask for help if you need it.

No one with mental health challenges is a lesser person but rather they have scars that need to heal.

You are strong. Ask for help.

Blessed be.
