Where did all go wrong?
Disagreements a pastime
Antagonism a belief
Apathy a life choice
π
Extremism on the rise
Tensions increasing
The world slowly dying
Metaphorical fires aplenty
π
The quiet majority
Decent, honest, caring
Voiceless
Trying to be heard over the bedlam
π
Their roar needs to be heard
Their heart needs to lead
Their courage needs to hold
Their strength and conviction is needed
π
The quiet majority
Our hope
π
The lion with a big heart must roar
My hope as well. Hear me roar.

Great ending! These lines were very strong, too: “The world slowly dying / Metaphorical fires aplenty”
