Shiny little pebble
What have you seen
What have you experienced
π
Born in the heat of a furnace
Worn down by your environment
Bashed and trampled on for eons
π
You are a wonder
an inspiration
For how you shine beautifully
Just a few rambling pieces of poetry
Shiny little pebble
What have you seen
What have you experienced
π
Born in the heat of a furnace
Worn down by your environment
Bashed and trampled on for eons
π
You are a wonder
an inspiration
For how you shine beautifully
Yes! To maintain beauty when going through so much. Perhaps the pebble speaks in its own language we don’t understand.

You have made me think of my own life as a pebble. I think I will carry a pebble with me so when I get worn down, I know I am still okay. Thank you for this piece.

I think we are all like the little pebble. Just sometimes we maybe donβt deal with life as well as the pebble! π

It’s great to pick up and handle pebbles, smoothed over many years.
The ones in the photo are beautiful. π

My brother and I used to collect them when we were little. We used to marvel over the different shapes, colors and textures.
